This privacy policy applies to the LinksBox app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile and desktop devices that was created by FIZMATICH, TOO (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
- The operating system, device model, and name used on your device.
- Application version and user-agent information.
For a better experience, the Service Provider requires you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: Email address, unique user identifiers (Firebase UID), and custom device identifiers. The information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Service Provider may use the information provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

Payments and Subscriptions
The Application offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly or Yearly).
- Billing: All payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Service Provider does not collect or store your credit card or billing information.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchase tracking. RevenueCat helps us verify your purchase status using anonymous identifiers.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings on the respective App Store after purchase.
Data Retention and Account Deletion
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
- Account Deletion: If you have registered an account, you may delete your account and all associated personal data (including email and identifiers) at any time directly within the Application's settings.
- Immediate Effect: Upon using the in-app deletion feature, your data is removed immediately from our active databases.

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Depending on your location (such as the European Union or California), you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the Service Provider.
Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from the servers.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use constitutes your consent to all changes.
