Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the LinksBox app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile and desktop devices created by FIZMATICH, TOO (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Application.

1. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, or any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application is provided as a Freemium service. Certain features require a paid subscription (e.g., Monthly or Yearly plans).

  • Payments: All purchases are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds: All refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple and Google. The Service Provider does not process refunds directly.

3. User Responsibility and Security

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise your security and cause the Application to malfunction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Application. The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

The Service Provider may terminate your access to the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must cease use and delete the Application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kazakhstan.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
