Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the FeelBox app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile and desktop devices created by FIZMATICH, TOO (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Application immediately.

1. Professional Advice Disclaimer

The Application is a self-help tool and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified mental health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice because of something you have read or recorded in this Application.

2. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider. You may not attempt to extract the source code, modify the Application, or create derivative versions.

3. One-Time Purchases (Lifetime Access)

The Application may offer premium features via a one-time purchase. Unlike subscriptions, this provides permanent access to specific features on the platform where the purchase was made.

• Billing: Handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refunds: Refund requests are managed by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. The Service Provider does not process refunds directly.

4. Data Storage and User Responsibility

The Application stores your entries locally on your device. The Service Provider does not maintain backups of your data.

• Loss of Data: You are solely responsible for backing up your device. The Service Provider is not liable for data loss due to device theft, damage, or Application deletion.
• Security: You are responsible for securing your device (e.g., via passcode or biometrics) to prevent unauthorized access to your private entries.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• RevenueCat

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any emotional distress, psychological consequences, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kazakhstan.
